ADIRONDACK BUYER BROKER.COM is the first, and currently only, established exclusive buyer broker agency in the Saranac Lake area. As a buyer broker, I help both commercial and residential property buyers select properties meeting their needs. On behalf of my clients, I negotiate with sellers with the goal of obtaining the best possible purchase price. I also help my clients structure an offer containing the conditions of the sale most suited to the clients' needs. After an agreement is reached between a seller and a buyer, I continue to advise and assist the client in matters necessary to close the sale.

As a buyer broker, I owe and give my clients, among other things, the duties of reasonable care, undivided loyalty, confidentiality, and full disclosure.
